Implementation of Complete ERP
Support to Implementation of ERP Software.
Technical/User Support.
Hardware/Software Troubleshooting/Repair (Break/Fix)
Training & Instruction
Asset Management
Documentation Creation
MS-Outlook
Installation of Desktops, Laptops & Printers (Local & LAN).
Installations, Configure & Troubleshooting of Operating Systems and other Applications.
ERP Implementation (all Modules) and Administration. Software management of Sales & Marketing,Purchasing, Engineering, HRM, Inventory, Production etc.
Maintenance of Mail server, End user training & rectify the user problem.
Responsible for successful implementation of ERP understanding requirements of manufacturing , purchase, sales & marketing, inventory management, Engineering & planning, Co-ordinate with software vendor for Customization of form.
Working Knowledge of Tally ERP.
Backup
and
Recovery
methods using
Enterprise Manager
and
Query Analyzer
Handling
Network
related Issues, Managing & Installation of
Switches & Routers.
Making
Patch Cords
& Repairing
Network Cables.
Creation & Implementation of
New Database.
Giving
Training
to New Users in ERP.
Working knowledge of
Windows

(Windows 2000, XP, Windows 7, Windows 8,

Windows 10, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 & Windows Server

2012).
Installation of
Operating Systems
& other
Software Applications
on
Servers, Desktops,

Laptops, Workstations etc.
Maintenance of
Servers
&
Systems (Hardware parts & Software Installation).
