Working Knowledge of Tally ERP. Backup and Recovery methods using Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer Handling Network related Issues, Managing & Installation of Switches & Routers. Making Patch Cords & Repairing Network Cables. Creation & Implementation of New Database. Giving Training to New Users in ERP. Working knowledge of Windows (Windows 2000, XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 & Windows Server 2012). Installation of Operating Systems & other Software Applications on Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Workstations etc. Maintenance of Servers & Systems (Hardware parts & Software Installation).
