ERP Functional Analyst

About Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business process improvements, ensuring data integrity, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Job Location: Surat

Office Hours: 09:30 am to 7 pm

Experience: 1+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Provide First-Level Support: Handle incoming support requests related to Odoo ERP, addressing issues and resolving them promptly.

· Odoo Configuration: Assist in configuring Odoo modules according to user needs and business requirements.

· Issue Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, bugs, and errors reported by end-users.

· System Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.

· User Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure users understand how to effectively use the software.

· Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, functional, and business teams to identify root causes of issues and ensure continuous improvements.

· Monitor System Performance: Regularly monitor system performance, optimize workflows, and suggest enhancements for better user experience.

· Upgrades & Testing: Assist in system upgrades, module updates, and testing of new features.

· Client Interaction: Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing technical assistance and functional guidance as needed.

· Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system modifications.

Education/Qualification (if any Certification):

· A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or a related field.

Skills:

· Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools, and ERP customization/configuration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
