ERP Consultant

As an ERP Consultant or Coordinator at our organization, you will play a vital role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing the ERP system to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency across various departments. Your responsibilities will include administering and coordinating ERP modules, configuring workflows, providing user support, collaborating with analysts, and staying updated with ERP advancements. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and coordinate ERP modules encompassing Manufacturing, Production, BOM, Procurement, Sales, Accounts, HRM, and Inventory Management. - Configure and maintain ERP workflows, approvals, and master data to support efficient operations. - Ensure accurate BOM and routing setup for effective production planning. - Provide daily ERP user support, troubleshoot issues, and handle queries. - Act as a liaison between end-users and IT support for timely issue resolution. - Assist in ERP implementation, testing, upgrades, and maintenance activities. - Utilize AI and automation tools for enhanced reporting, analytics, and decision-making. - Collaborate with analysts to develop dashboards and reports for performance tracking. - Support CRM workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and customer service processes. - Identify process gaps and recommend system or workflow improvements. - Work with IT to resolve software bugs, access issues, and performance concerns. - Assist in automation of manual tasks through RPA or AI-based solutions. - Conduct user training sessions, create user manuals, and ensure ERP adoption. - Generate management reports and dashboards as per business requirements. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies. Key Requirements: - Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of manufacturing, production, purchase, sales, CRM, inventory, warehouse, and finance workflows. - Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic database handling. - Experience in user support, documentation, and training. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Exposure to AI tools, data dashboards, or RPA implementations is an added advantage.,
