- Education: Degree in Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in assembly industries such as automotive, railways, or commercial vehicle manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production systems (e.g., lean manufacturing) and basics in supply chain
- Strong leadership, autonomy, and proactive mindset
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and management skills
- Ability to handle stress and drive results in a dynamic environment
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PDCA, SWIP)
- Flexible to work in shift pattern and 6 days a week.
Your future role
- Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership, organizational, and problem-solving expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
- You'll play a key role in ensuring production excellence by meeting Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCDP) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Methods, Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Engineering), manage autonomous production teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.
- You’ll specifically take care of developing team efficiency and multi-skills while representing site management toward employees but also ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
We’ll look to you for:
- Enforcing safety rules and maintaining production means in good working order
- Providing safety training for newcomers and improving safety measures
- Ensuring production aligns with customer quality requirements
- Driving autonomous teams to comply with production planning and addressing delays
- Managing the monthly cost base and optimizing resource allocation
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives through problem-solving and team engagement
- Developing individual and collective competencies within the team
- Serving as a key contact for Union Representatives
