Description

The EPU Manager will be responsible for overseeing the energy performance unit's operations, ensuring efficient energy utilization, and driving sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for effective energy management and utilization.
Monitor and analyze energy usage data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with energy regulations and standards.
Manage the EPU budget, forecasting, and financial planning related to energy projects.
Lead initiatives for renewable energy adoption and sustainability within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in energy management, utility management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficient in energy management software and tools.
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
