Could you be the full-time Elementary Production Unit (EPU) Manager in Sricity, Andhra Pradesh we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive management and engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and dynamic teammates.

You'll lead autonomous teams of operators to ensure production excellence in terms of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Methods, Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Engineering), enforce safety protocols, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and implementing improvement plans, but also fostering team efficiency and multi-skills.

We’ll look to you for:

• Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to company safety rules

• Managing production teams and monitoring daily activities

• Delivering production in line with quality, cost, and delivery targets

• Driving operational and managerial improvement plans

• Implementing the production system (APSYS)

• Representing Site management and being the first contact with Union Representatives

• Degree in Engineering or comparable professional experience

• Experience or understanding of assembly in automotive, railways, commercial vehicle manufacturing (fabrication)

• Knowledge of production systems (lean manufacturing) and basics in supply chain

• Familiarity with continuous improvement processes and problem-solving methodologies

• A leadership mindset with strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Resilience to stress and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Proactiveness in managing and developing teams
