Job Description

Primary Title: Epic Analyst (Epic Systems EHR)

Industry & Sector:

Healthcare IT — Electronic Health Records (EHR) implementation, optimization and support for hospitals, clinics and integrated health systems. This is an on-site, India-based role focused on Epic systems configuration, integrations and go-live support.

About The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Epic Analyst to join a fast-paced healthcare IT delivery team that implements and supports Epic clinical and revenue-cycle modules across multi-site provider organizations. The ideal candidate will deliver configuration, build, testing and integration workstreams to drive successful, high-quality go-lives and sustained operational performance.Role & Responsibilities

Configure and validate Epic module builds according to clinical and revenue-cycle requirements; translate workflows into system configuration and build artifacts.
Author and execute unit, integration and system test plans; perform defect triage and coordinate remediation with cross-functional teams.
Design, develop and maintain integrations using Epic Bridges/Interconnect and standard healthcare interfaces (HL7/FHIR); support data exchange with ancillary systems.
Develop and maintain Clarity/Reporting extracts and support data validation for analytics, reporting and migration activities.
Provide on-site go-live and hypercare support; troubleshoot production issues, implement fixes and document configuration changes and lessons learned.
Collaborate with clinical, operations and technical stakeholders to optimize workflows, support training readiness and drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Hands-on experience with Epic Clarity reporting and extract development
Practical experience implementing or supporting Epic Bridges / Interconnect integrations
Strong SQL skills for data validation, reporting and migration verification
Working knowledge of HL7 messaging and common healthcare interface patterns

Preferred

Experience with Epic Ambulatory or Epic Inpatient (EpicCare) module configuration
Familiarity with Epic Caboodle/EDW or other enterprise data warehouse tools
