Job Description

Function as Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator

The role involves ensuring adherence to compliance(s) with all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations
The role requires proactively identifying potential workplace hazards and implementing effective corrective actions to mitigate risks
The role involves maintaining and regularly updating the internal EHS tracking platform, Benchmark Gensuite, specifically for chemical and material purchases related to demo lab activities
focused on developing and delivering comprehensive EHS training programs, including onboarding sessions, refresher courses, and specialized training modules

Inventory Management and Record Keeping for Lab Supplies & AMC Renewals:

Managing the end-to-end process of inventory ordering (Purchase Order) and control, ensuring timely procurement of required materials and chemicals for laboratory and operational needs
Responsible for timely renewal of AMCs and/or CMCs for UPS; PACs; Air Compressors and Gas Generator, etc

SCIEX Assets Management:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of SCIEX LC-MS/MS instruments allocated for demo lab activities, including those deployed at customer sites for demonstrations
Tracking inventory movement, usage history, and location status, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with internal asset management protocols
