Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Entrepreneur in Residence located in New Delhi for self motivated individuals who has gained experiences on ground before or with a maximum of not more then 3 years of experience. The Entrepreneur in Residence will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and driving growth within the organization. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, creating business plans, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. The role also involves networking with industry professionals and stakeholders to build partnerships and expand CareerGuide's reach.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successful ventures is a plus
• MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with the education and career counseling industry is an advantage
