Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Leader for RCS services in the Gurgaon region, your primary responsibility will be to drive the go-to-market strategy for RCS, transitioning from traditional SMS to RCS. You will collaborate with various teams such as Core Sales, Pre-sales, Product, and Tech Account Management to ensure the delivery of high-quality standards expected by customers. This dynamic role requires a deep understanding of the messaging industry, expertise in RCS, and a high level of motivation to accelerate RCS expansion in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the regional go-to-market strategy for RCS, focusing on growth, expansion, and adoption. - Meet assigned revenue targets and serve as a subject matter expert on RCS. - Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for RCS with stakeholder support. - Act as the voice of customers to tailor Kariz RCS offerings to meet their needs. - Engage actively in industry bodies and forums to advocate for the organization. - Provide commercial guidance for customers transitioning to RCS. Qualifications and Skills: - BE/B.Tech + MBA qualification. - 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience in a related domain. - Ability to effectively communicate and present to individuals at various organizational levels. - Proficiency in simplifying complex requirements and explaining them clearly. - Strong ownership of work and customer relationships, with a focus on attention to detail. - Excellent analytical skills and structured approach to daily tasks. - Strong collaboration skills, quick learning ability, and proactive decision-making.
