Job Description

As an experienced Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to achieve growth and meet the sales targets set by the company. You will be required to design and execute a strategic business plan aimed at expanding the company's customer base and ensuring a strong market presence. Building and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them will be crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, you will need to present sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team, providing realistic forecasts for future performance. It will also be your responsibility to identify emerging markets and market shifts, remaining knowledgeable about new products and competitors in the industry. You will serve as a representative of the company, possessing a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Researching consumer needs and aligning our solutions to meet them will be essential tasks. You will be expected to track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they pertain to partner relationships. Your qualifications should include a postgraduate degree in Sales or Marketing Management or a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in enterprise sales or a similar role. To excel in this position, you must possess good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. A strong customer service orientation is a must, along with analytical capabilities to understand and address client demands effectively. Flexibility in terms of travel and working across different customer time zones will also be required to perform successfully in this role.,
