Customer Support & Success Executive

You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Establishing clear client retention goals - Processing milestones for the clients and employees to work toward - Assisting customers with setting up and navigating programs or software - Promoting the value of the product - Upselling services and products with the brand image - Promoting value through improving customer experience - Assisting in creating training courses and educational materials - Reviewing customer complaints and concerns and seeking to improve the customer experience - Developing and managing client portfolios - Minimizing customer churn - Aiding in product design and product development Qualifications required for this role: - Postgraduate degree in Sales or Marketing Management or a relevant field Work experience needed: - Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Support or a similar role Other requirements include: - Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills - Strong customer service orientation - Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the client's side - Willingness to travel - Self-driven and proactive nature - Demonstrated leadership qualities - High computer literacy and the ability to learn new software - Willingness to work in Customer Time Zone,
