Job Description We are looking for a dynamic **Enterprise Sales Manager – Channels** to drive revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sales, an understanding of the VDI/Thin Client/Cloud computing space, and a proven ability to build and manage channel relationships. Key Responsibilities : Channel Development & Management Identify, onboard, and develop strategic channel partners (resellers, distributors, system integrators). Define channel partner strategy, including tiering, enablement, and performance incentives. Conduct regular partner business reviews and sales trainings. Enterprise Sales Execution Develop and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities via channel partners. Work with partners to co-sell and close large enterprise deals in targeted verticals (e.g., education, healthcare, BFSI, government). Deliver quarterly sales targets and business growth objectives. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Collaborate with marketing to launch joint campaigns and promotions. Drive product and solution awareness across the channel ecosystem. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless partner and customer experiences. Provide market feedback to the product and leadership teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computers ,Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in channel / Enterprise IT sales, preferably in virtualisation, thin clients, or endpoint / Server based computing. Strong network of Value Added (Solution) Partners and System Integrators in the region. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Experience Experience working in companies offering VDI, cloud workspaces, or desktop virtualization. Familiarity with Citrix, Microsoft RDS, or VMware environments. Exposure to selling into education, government, or BFSI verticals. Show more Show less
