About the Role -

We are seeking a high-energy Enterprise Sales Manager who thrives in a consultative, AI-driven sales environment. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a deep understanding of how AI, Gen AI, and intelligent agents are transforming enterprise operations particularly within IT, BFSI, Retail, and Healthcare/Pharma.

This individual contributor will own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities and crafting solutions to closing strategic deals while collaborating closely with our AI Solutions and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Acquisition -

  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue and order objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new logos in targeted enterprise segments.
  • Drive AIQoDs platform adoption by articulating the business value of AI agents, GenAI-powered workflows, and autonomous intelligence.

2. Consultative Solution Selling -

  • Understand enterprise pain points across document processing, compliance, and operations.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales to design AI-agent solutions that deliver measurable ROI and accelerate digital transformation.
  • Lead client presentations and demos showcasing AIQoDs agentic orchestration, multi-AI collaboration, and no-code deployment capabilities.

3. Account Strategy & Relationship Management -

  • Develop account maps and maintain C-suite relationships across IT, Operations, Risk, and Innovation teams.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships to drive multi-year expansion.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility.

4. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership -

  • Stay ahead of AI trends in agentic systems, GenAI, and enterprise orchestration.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for continuous refinement of GTM and product strategy.
  • Represent AIQoD at key industry forums, summits, and digital transformation events.

Experience & Skills-

Core Expertise -

  • 8 to 12 years of enterprise B2B SaaS/PaaS sales experience, ideally selling AI, GenAI, or digital transformation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, Intelligent Document Processing, NLP, or predictive analytics.
  • Proven track record of IT Software/Solutions selling to BFSI, Retail, MFG or Healthcare/Pharma clients..etc.

Sales Acumen -

  • Demonstrated success in consultative, value-based selling with C-level stakeholders.
  • Expertise in account planning, pipeline development, and complex deal structuring.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and storytelling skills able to simplify complex AI concepts into tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications-

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field(mandatory).
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification (preferred).
  • High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving AI ecosystem.
  • Driven by performance-based incentives with a passion for over achievement.

Travel Requirements -

  • Up to 60% travel for client engagements and potential overseas opportunities.
