It serves mid to large-sized businesses, helping them accept payments smoothly and securely. The company focuses on innovation, customer trust, and growing its client base across India.In this fintech role, you will focus on enterprise sales by targeting mid and large-sized businesses to provide payment solutions like POS machines. Your job includes building client relationships, closing deals, and ensuring timely payments to maintain zero financial risks. It’s a target-driven role requiring strong business development skills and industry experience.Role Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective clients and initiate sales journeys to meet organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure sustainable business opportunities.
  • Understand and analyze payment industry trends to recommend suitable solutions to clients.
  • Ensure sales process and deal completion while minimizing financial risks.
  • Track and close deals effectively to meet necessary benchmarks and targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum 4 to 7 Years in Payment Industry
  • Successful Track record of business development and identification of potential clients
  • Relationship orientation, preferably having existing relationships
  • Credit writing skills with comprehensive coverage of all risk related issues
  • Deal Structuring
  • Exp in Mid Market and large Market

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, and written (including report writing, presentations, etc.).

Academic Qualifications

  • Graduate

Requirements

  • Location: Mumbai
  • Notice Period: 30 days
  • Salary Range: 12 to 15 LPA

  • Should be able to Sale 100 POS Machines monthly.
