Senior Enterprise Sales professional

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Own the

    end-to-end enterprise sales cycle

    : prospecting, qualification, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closure.
  • Develop and execute

    strategic account plans

    to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, engage, and pursue

    new business opportunities

    across targeted industry verticals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market execution.

Pipeline Development & Prospecting

  • Build and maintain a

    healthy 3x quota pipeline

    through outbound prospecting, social selling, referrals, and event networking.
  • Qualify leads by deeply understanding client organization structures, recruitment pain points, and HR process maturity.
  • Maintain

    accurate CRM hygiene

    and leverage sales automation tools for precise forecasting and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2 - 5 years

    of direct B2B SaaS sales experience in the

    enterprise or mid-market segment

    , preferably within HR Tech, ATS, or HCM platforms.
  • Proven track record of closing

    50L+ annual contract value (ACV)

    deals.
  • Demonstrated success in

    consultative and value-based selling

    to organizations with 500+ employees.
  • Strong expertise in

    negotiation, ROI justification, and executive-level communication

    .
  • Proficiency with

    CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)

    ,

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    , and

    sales enablement platforms

    .

  • Solid understanding of

    HR workflows

    , HRIS integrations, and

    AI/ML applications

    in recruitment and talent management.
  • Prior experience selling to

    CHROs, VP-Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partners

    is highly preferred.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or Computer Science;

    MBA preferred
