Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and managing ERP operations, inventory control, and stock movement processes across multiple jewellery retail locations. Ensures accuracy of data within Synergic ERP, supports store operations, and collaborates with production, merchandising, and purchasing teams for seamless workflow execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  Synergic ERP

  modules, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Barcode, and Manufacturing.
• Handle

  inventory management

  for gold, diamond, and silver jewellery, ensuring real-time stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with

  production units

  for manufacturing, hallmarking, and inter-store stock movement.
• Prepare and analyze

  inventory, sales, and production reports

  for management review.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with support teams for timely resolution.
• Manage

  store setup and ERP integration

  during new store openings or system updates.
• Support

  merchandising and purchasing functions

  , ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Implement

  inventory control processes

  to minimize discrepancies and improve accuracy.
• Ensure smooth

  data entry and barcode tagging

  for all jewellery categories.
• Maintain proper documentation, backups, and ERP user access control.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  4–7 years of experience in jewellery operations or ERP management.

• ERP Knowledge:

  Hands-on experience with

  Synergic ERP

  (mandatory).

• Industry:

  Jewellery retail or manufacturing (gold, diamond, silver).

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  Strong knowledge of

  Excel

  , reporting, and ERP-based workflows.

• Soft Skills:

  Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of cross-functional coordination.
