As an Enterprise Manager in a telecom company, your role would involve managing and growing the enterprise segment of our business. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to acquire and retain enterprise clients, overseeing the delivery of telecom services to enterprise customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Enterprise Manager works closely with sales, marketing, technical support, and other departments to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new enterprise customers in various industries such as banking, healthcare, education, and government sectors. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understand their business needs, and act as a trusted advisor to provide telecom solutions that meet their requirements. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the enterprise segment, including pricing strategies, promotions, and sales incentives. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and service agreements with enterprise clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting the needs of the clients. Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of telecom services to enterprise clients, ensuring timely installation, activation, and ongoing support. Coordinate with technical teams to resolve any service issues and minimize downtime. Product Management: Work closely with product development teams to understand the needs of enterprise customers and provide input into the development of new telecom products and services tailored for the enterprise segment. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the enterprise telecom market. Use market insights to inform business decisions and adjust strategies as needed. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, account managers, and support staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to the delivery of telecom services to enterprise clients. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development in the telecom industry, with a focus on enterprise customers. Strong understanding of telecom products and services, including voice, data, and managed services. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
