Drive business development efforts to expand technology and staffing services across India, focusing on direct clients and enterprises, including GCCs.
Identify, generate, qualify, and convert quality leads from enterprises and GCCs to build a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
Build, foster, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and clients in the staffing and enterprise segments.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to meet client staffing requirements efficiently and ensure high client satisfaction.
Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated with staffing industry trends, enterprise needs, and GCC market dynamics.
Support and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Maintain precise sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
Participate and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Mentor junior business development and sales team members when necessary to enhance team performance.
