About the Role

We are looking to hire an expert with experience and exposure to 'Enterprise hiring' in the US tech market. Typically, there are two categories of hiring: one is hiring from the hiring portals like Dice, Indeed, or using LinkedIn, which works well when one has a good lead time to hire for regular hiring. The second type is hiring for enterprise customers, which is all about speed, as there are multiple vendors in the mix, trying to provide pre-screened candidates. The only thing that works is accessibility to a pool of resources, including vendors, from where resources can be pulled quickly, screened, and shared in record time. This position could entail both types of hiring, with a greater emphasis on the latter.

  • You should have a proven record of enterprise hiring in the US market, utilizing professional networks.
  • You should have your personal list of vendors and individuals who help provide and mobilize tech resources in the US.
  • You should have a great sense of the need for speed
  • Experience in hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.), and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with

    US hiring policies

    ,

    EEO guidelines

    , and

    state-specific labor laws

    during recruitment.
  • Familiarity with

    immigration processes

    (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.) and contingent staffing.
  • Prior experience recruiting across multiple US states with diverse legal requirements would be a great add-on
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct detailed candidate screenings, behavioral assessments, and reference checks.
  • Manage interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination in partnership with HR operations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure adherence to data privacy guidelines.
  • Provide regular hiring status updates, market insights, and talent availability reports to business stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a

    talent pipeline

    for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

What else should you have?

  • 5+ years of experience

    in US recruitment, covering both

    IT & Strategic Non-IT roles

    .
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Experience with ATS and HRMS tools preferred.
