Position Summary: A hands-on SEO & Organic Growth Strategist who knows the difference between just executing checklists and solving problems at scale. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in autonomy, works directly with global clients, and actively experiments with AI-powered workflows and emerging trends. You have experience working in leading digital agencies, are AI-aware, results-oriented, and confident in managing international clients. You bring more than execution; you bring insight, initiative, and impact. What You Bring to the Table Strong command over SEO fundamentals and post-GPT evolution : Understanding how Googles algorithms have evolved with AI (e.g., Search Generative Experience, Google Perspectives) and how to adapt strategies accordingly. Problem-solving mindset : You dont just follow SOPs—you think, analyze, and tailor solutions uniquely for each client. AI-native approach : Comfortable using ChatGPT, Jasper, AI agents, and task automation to enhance SEO workflows, reporting, and link research. Fluency in keyword & topical clustering strategies , internal linking based on intent, and E-E-A-T optimization. Client-facing communication skills : Clear, concise written and spoken English; experience managing international clients over Zoom, Teams, or Slack. Hands-on with tools : SEO: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, , Xenu Reporting: GA4, Google Looker Studio, Search Console CMS: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix Collaboration: Notion, Asana, Basecamp Automation & AI: Zapier, Make.com, GPTs, AI content detectors & AI rewrite tools Core Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution Conduct SEO audits and fix issues across on-page, technical, and content layers. Execute keyword research with clustering and search intent segmentation. Recommend and implement meta tags, alt text, schema, and site structure changes. Work with development teams or CMS to execute on-page recommendations. Conduct link gap analysis, link prospecting, and backlink acquisition using both manual and AI-augmented methods. Monitor negative SEO or toxic links using AI tools or Google guidelines. Content & Organic Visibility Research trends and guide content teams with AI-generated prompt briefs. Repurpose existing content for SEO and visibility gains (video, snippets, newsletters). Identify opportunities in forums, citations, community Q&A, guest blogging, and AI-optimized content distribution. Analytics & Reporting Create custom dashboards using GA4, GSC, Looker Studio. Analyze search behavior and conversion patterns; deliver insights for decision-making. Use AI tools to summarize reports and automate repetitive analysis. Cross-functional Marketing Understand email, newsletters, LinkedIn, and organic social as part of the full-funnel strategy. Support marketing automation teams in optimizing lead journeys with organic signals. Stay ahead of SERP evolution, voice search, local SEO, and Google AI features. Who You Are Practicing digital marketer with experience in Indian agencies serving international clients (especially US). Comfortable using AI tools to supercharge delivery—NOT replace thinking. Curious, resourceful, and accountable—with a love for research and continuous learning. Strong understanding of the US business and digital landscape. Exposure to IT, SaaS, or fast-moving tech/startup businesses is a plus.
