About the RoleWe re looking for a Lead SEO who can own our SEO strategy across analysis, on-page optimization, and technical SEO. This role is for someone who can go deep into data, solve technical issues at scale, build frameworks, and partner closely with content, product, and engineering teams. You ll guide the direction of our organic growth efforts - identifying opportunities, prioritising impact, and ensuring flawless execution.What will you be working onSEO Analysis Strategy Drive SEO opportunity analysis across categories, clusters, and competitors. Build data-backed SEO roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks. Conduct gap analyses, SERP studies, and keyword clustering to identify high-impact opportunities. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for content, tech, and product teams.On-Page SEO Own on-page strategy across new and existing pages (metadata, internal linking, on-page structure, schema, UX improvements). Guide content teams with detailed briefs, outline structures, and SERP-aligned optimisations. Set quality standards for content to ensure search intent match.Technical SEO Lead all technical SEO initiatives - site audits, indexation management, crawl budget optimisation, Core Web Vitals improvements, structured data, and sitemap governance. Work with engineering to fix issues around architecture, page performance, redirects, JS rendering, and mobile optimisation. Monitor and resolve indexing/coverage issues in GSC. Ensure scalable tech SEO practices as the site grows.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to implement SEO improvements. Provide training to internal teams on SEO best practices.Performance Tracking Define north-star metrics and build dashboards for organic performance. Monitor ranking shifts, traffic trends, crawl stats, site health, and page-level performance. Report insights to leadership and recommend next steps.What are we looking for5+ years of SEO experience with strong expertise in SEO analysis, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO. Proven experience managing large or complex websites at scale. Solid understanding of search algorithms, site architecture, and advanced SEO diagnostics. Hands-on expertise with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, and log analysis tools. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.Good-to-Have Experience working with engineering teams or understanding basic HTML, CSS, JS. Familiarity with schema markup, CDNs, headless CMS setups, or React-based sites. Exposure to international SEO or multi-site architecture.
