Digital Sales Manager


🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Drive enterprise sales across UAE markets in

    CPaaS, CCaaS, and system integration

    .
  • Build and manage relationships with customers, channel partners, and OEMs.
  • Deliver consultative pitches showcasing

    AI-powered customer engagement solutions

    .
  • Partner with pre-sales/technical teams to design tailored proposals.
  • Own pipeline growth, forecasting, and reporting.


🔹 Requirements
  • 5+ years in

    enterprise B2B sales

    (telecom, SaaS, CPaaS, or system integration).
  • Strong knowledge of

    cloud communications, SIP, CPaaS, and contact centre platforms

    .
  • Proven record of building and closing enterprise deals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with GCC/UAE customers is a strong plus.
