🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Sales Manager to lead our growth into the UAE enterprise market. The role will be based in Kerala or Coimbatore (India) with close engagement in the UAE region. You will focus on CPaaS (SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS), Contact Centre-as-a-Service (CCaaS), and System Integration solutions, working with enterprise customers, OEM partners, and system integrators.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise sales across UAE markets in CPaaS, CCaaS, and system integration.
• Build and manage relationships with customers, channel partners, and OEMs.
• Deliver consultative pitches showcasing AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
• Partner with pre-sales/technical teams to design tailored proposals.
• Own pipeline growth, forecasting, and reporting.

🔹 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales (telecom, SaaS, CPaaS, or system integration).
• Strong knowledge of cloud communications, SIP, CPaaS, and contact centre platforms.
• Proven record of building and closing enterprise deals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with GCC/UAE customers is a strong plus.
