Location

• Deployment, configuration, and

  end-to-end operations management

  of Velocloud SD-WAN.
• Provide

  L2 troubleshooting support

  , ensuring high service availability.
• Work closely with client engineering teams on

  incident resolution and root cause analysis

  .
• Maintain strong technical documentation and operational runbooks.

• Good working knowledge

  of Velocloud SD-WAN deployment, configuration, and support.

• Deep expertise

  in

  VCO (Velocloud Orchestrator)

  and

  Velocloud Gateways (VCG)

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  troubleshooting enterprise networks

  .
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
