This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in India.

This role offers the opportunity to drive enterprise-wide adoption and value realization of a cutting-edge AI governance platform. You will manage key customer accounts, lead projects from onboarding to renewal, and ensure long-term success by aligning platform capabilities with customer objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment. It is ideal for candidates who are passionate about AI, governance, and helping organizations operationalize responsible technology practices. You will work in a remote-first setup with occasional in-person meetups and company-wide offsites.

Accountabilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide adoption of the AI governance platform, managing projects and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, support, business reviews, retention, renewal, and advocacy.
  • Define and execute customer success plans aligned with goals and milestones to drive measurable outcomes and long-term value.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer priorities, decision-making processes, and success drivers to support account growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, articulating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of customer objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles within B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts and leading multiple concurrent customer engagements.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with AI, AI governance, or willingness to develop domain expertise.
  • Experience working in startup environments and managing enterprise/Fortune 500 customers is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of GRC software implementation and operationalizing governance workflows is a plus.
