Enterprise Architect

As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will be responsible for creating overarching enterprise architecture solutions to meet Clients" Business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Translating Enterprise domain and portfolio strategies into current and future state architecture roadmaps and blueprints - Providing architecture and design solutions for business and technical problems to anchor key customers - Conducting functional/technical workshops and trainings as needed - Researching and assessing new technology - Participating in Enterprise governance, initiatives, and activities - Utilizing at least one Enterprise Architecture tool from Vendors such as Software AG, Mega (Hopex) for customization and report generation To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent, with 15+ years of engineering/development experience and 3+ years of Architecture consulting experience. MBAs will be an added advantage. - Demonstrated experience in delivering multiple consulting engagements in the Enterprise Architecture Domain - Familiarity and/or Certifications in formal architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is preferred - Understanding of Operating Plans, Financials, and Cost/Benefit analysis - Strong team building, negotiation, influencing skills, and relationship management abilities - Self-starter with a highly motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, and CAN-DO attitude - Excellent presentation and communication skills to provide strategic and tactical recommendations to Senior and Executive Management and service partners - Experience in mentoring non-architecture teams, motivating, and leading by example This role requires an experience level of 8 to 16 years and seeks individuals who can contribute effectively to the Enterprise Architecture domain with a focus on strategic planning and implementation.,
