Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Define and govern Excellon's overall enterprise architecture, covering:

Applications and platforms
Data and analytics
Integrations and event-driven systems
AI / agentic enablement

Own architecture standards for:
Database design
System integration
Event and service orchestration

Ensure alignment between:
Client business objectives
Product roadmap
Technology stack decisions
Drive modernization initiatives across legacy and new systems.
Act as a senior technology advisor for large enterprise clients.
Review and approve solution designs for correctness and scalability.
Guide adoption of agentic and AI-first architectures.

Preferred candidate profile

15+ years in enterprise / solution architecture roles.

Strong background in:
Database and data modelling
System integration
Distributed and event-driven systems
Proven experience handling complex, multi-system enterprise landscapes.
Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
Technology stack expertise:
NodeJs, Python
Postgres, SQL Server, MongoDB
Azure cloud
Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes
Data lake design, ETL pipeline, analytics reports
