The Enterprise Account Manager - Sales at Flentas will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's market presence in the West India Region by fostering relationships with key accounts in the Commercial Enterprise domains, particularly focusing on IT and cloud-based solutions. Working closely with strategic alliance partners like AWS and other cloud providers, the successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving quarterly revenue growth targets and serving as the primary representative for the organization in the West India region. Reporting directly to the Sales Head, this position will collaborate with Marketing, Sales teams, and Solution Design teams to drive business success. We are looking for a candidate with a solid grasp of sales and marketing principles, a proven track record in region-building for IT companies, expertise in cloud solutions (especially AWS), exceptional communication abilities, and a strong commitment to work ethics and achieving results. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to establish the company's brand presence in West India. - Identify and engage with key accounts within the Commercial Enterprise segment. - Collaborate with strategic alliance partners for joint Go-To-Market (GTM) activities. - Achieve quarterly revenue targets for the West India region. - Drive sales initiatives to meet business objectives. - Monitor pipeline health to ensure a steady flow of deals. - Work closely with strategic alliance partners to capitalize on opportunities. - Plan and execute GTM activities in collaboration with partners. - Utilize partner relationships to generate leads and close deals. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of relevant sales experience with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role, demonstrating a successful track record. - Previous experience in building and expanding regions for IT products or services companies. Skills and Competencies: - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strategic thinking and analytical mindset. - Proficiency in AWS and cloud-based solutions is highly advantageous. - Strong commitment to work ethics and a results-driven approach. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team.,
