Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Retention & Renewal (Core Focus)

• Own the entire renewal lifecycle for all assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring 100% retention and maximizing contract value.
• Strategically negotiate renewals, including implementing price hikes as per organizational guidelines while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans focused on long-term client success and partnership growth.

2. Usage, Value Realization & Revenue Maximization

• Proactively track product usage across the assigned portfolio and work closely with Customer Success to drive adoption and value realization.
• Identify and flag cases of overusage where a customer is at the verge of exceeding agreed-upon limits.
• Appropriately charge clients for significant overusage in line with the agreed parameters and terms defined in the Letter of Engagement (LOE).
• Proactively identify and develop new upsell opportunities for other Clear product lines and add-ons (e.g., GST, E-invoicing, TDS, Corporate Tax, etc.) within the existing account base.

3. Client Relationship Management & Communication

• Build and maintain executive-level, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, Finance Heads, and Tax/Compliance teams within client organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
• Conduct and deliver compelling Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and presentations to showcase value delivered, future roadmap, and renewal/expansion proposals.
• Manage client escalations, coordinating with internal teams (Product, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure swift and satisfactory resolution.
