Job description We are seeking qualified and experienced English Language Trainers to deliver training in Functional and Communicative English to students of government colleges across Gujarat. The aim is to equip basic-level learners with essential English language skills for academic, personal, and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver interactive and student-centered English language training sessions (2 hours daily over 45 working days). Follow a structured curriculum focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills at a basic CEFR level. Engage students through real-life communication scenarios and task-based activities. Assess learners' progress and provide feedback for improvement. Maintain training records and submit reports as required by project authorities. Coordinate with local institutions and project coordinators for scheduling and logistics. Eligibility Criteria: Master's Degree in any discipline (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in English Language Teaching. Certification in English proficiency at CEFR Level B2 or above (e.g., IELTS, Cambridge, TOEFL, etc.). Familiarity with functional English and communicative approach to teaching. Positions are open all districts across Gujarat. Should be based in Gujarat.
