Job Description

Role Overview  

We are looking for an experienced and passionate English Faculty 

who can teach Reading Comprehension, Verbal Ability, Vocabulary, 

Grammar, and Critical Reasoning for CLAT,  

IPMAT & CUET. The role includes regular teaching, mentoring, 

content creation, seminars, academic counselling during 

admissions, and contributing to the digital academic 

footprint.  

Key Responsibilities  

1. Classroom Teaching  

• Deliver engaging and high-quality classroom sessions for English, 

RC, VA & Critical  

Reasoning.  

• Simplify concepts for students from diverse academic 

backgrounds.  

2. Doubt Solving & Mentoring  

• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions regularly.  

• Mentor students on reading habits, comprehension skills, 

vocabulary building, and  

exam strategies.  

3. Content Development  

• Create academic content: practice sheets, assignments, mocks, 

reading sets, vocabulary  

lists, and CR questions.  

• Update material according to exam trends and performance 

analysis.  

4. Academic Counselling (During Admissions)  

• Meet parents and students to clarify academic queries during the 

admission process.  

• Explain course structure, subject approach, strategy, and academic 

planning.  

5. Seminars & Business Development Sessions  

• Conduct seminars, school workshops, orientations, and 

scholarship test briefings.  

• Represent academy in academic outreach events and 

presentations.  

6. Academic Coordination & Planning  

• Prepare structured lesson plans and ensure timely syllabus 

completion.  

• Coordinate with the Academic Head and other faculty members 

for consistent delivery.  

7. YouTube & Digital Academic Sessions  

• Take YouTube sessions for English/RC/VA/CR as part of academy online presence.  

• Record academic videos, concept explainers, and exam strategy 

sessions when  required.  

Required Skills & Competencies  

• Strong command over English Language, Reading 

Comprehension & Critical Reasoning  

• Excellent verbal & classroom communication skills  

• Confidence in public speaking and seminar delivery  

• Ability to interact with parents and students with clarity  

• Creative approach to content development and student 

engagement  

• Familiarity with CLAT, IPMAT & CUET exam patterns preferred  

Qualification & Experience  

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in English, Literature, Linguistics, 

Communication, or related field  

• 1–3 years teaching experience preferred  

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply
