Engineering Supervisor

Role Overview: Regal Rexnord Corporation (RRX) is looking for an experienced product design professional with a mechanical engineering background to lead a team of 5-10 engineers and handle inquiries, custom orders (ETOs), and engineering projects such as VAVE, redesign, and cost reduction. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for managing people, leading technical projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 5-10 engineers, managing workload and talent development. - Execute ETO inquiries and orders, along with technical projects like VAVE, redesign, and cost reduction. - Provide technical guidance to engineers, reviewing and approving their work. - Collaborate with global engineering teams and other departments to achieve team goals. - Measure KPIs such as On Time Delivery, Quality, and Productivity, and drive Continuous Improvement projects. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering from a reputed college with a good academic record. - Experience: 8+ years in designing industrial products and 2+ years in people and workload management. - Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, knowledge of industry standards, and excellent communication and leadership skills. - Languages: Proficient in English, with knowledge of other Indian, European, or Asian languages being beneficial.
