Engineering Supervisor

1. Operations & Team Supervision

• Supervise and guide technicians, mechanics, and tradesmen in day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Allocate work orders, monitor job completion, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct briefings, assign shifts, and manage manpower according to operational needs.

2. Preventive Maintenance Management

• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for guest rooms, villas, public areas, utility systems, and equipment.
• Ensure timely completion and update of all maintenance checklists and records.

3. Facility & Equipment Management

• Inspect resort facilities including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, swimming pool plants, STP/RO systems, kitchen & laundry equipment.
• Identify faults and take corrective action promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and service contractors for specialized maintenance.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all engineering activities follow safety protocols, legal standards, and resort SOPs.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, or equipment deficiencies.
• Support emergency response for power outages, breakdowns, leaks, and natural events.

5. Guest Service

• Address guest complaints related to maintenance and ensure quick resolution.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while handling guest areas.

6. Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with other departments to support operational requirements.
• Report major issues to the Chief Engineer and provide daily updates.
• Maintain inventory of materials, spare parts, and tools; raise purchase requests when required.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain logs, checklists, breakdown reports, utility consumption records, and maintenance files.
• Assist in preparing maintenance budgets, energy-saving plans, and improvement proposals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
