**Job Description** As an Engineering Supervisor, your role involves participating in the preventive maintenance program for all-building equipment and rooms. You will be responsible for supervising, training, and inspecting the performance of the Engineering staff to ensure that all procedures meet the hotel's standards. Additionally, you will lead a team of engineers, aligning their work with departmental and organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive necessary changes. - Develop and implement engineering processes, policies, and procedures. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, supporting their professional growth. - Track project progress, adjust resource allocation as needed, and provide regular status updates to upper management and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback. **Qualifications Required** - Total experience of 3 years in a relevant field is preferred.
