Job Description

Site Management & Supervision Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the site. Supervise engineers, technicians, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor progress and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Project Planning & CoordinationAssist in planning project schedules, material requirements, and labor allocation. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants for technical matters. Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources on-site. Quality & ComplianceConduct regular inspections to ensure quality control across all construction activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. Maintain proper documentation for audits and project records.
