Job Description

As an Engineering Program Manager at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in guiding the advancement of Adobe Unified Platform solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving strategic and tactical decisions for successful program delivery - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and drive alignment - Leading large projects from inception to completion - Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer value delivery - Managing changes and risks effectively - Providing transparency through status reporting - Evaluating existing processes for team efficiency - Acting as an agile coach and mentor to support teams in enhancing productivity To be successful in this role, you should have: - At least 2 years of experience as a Program Manager in the SaaS or related industry - Proven ability to work effectively with technical engineering teams - Strong skills in providing structure and processes while maintaining execution quality - Customer-focused, ambitious, and possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Experience in managing geographically dispersed team members, aligning efforts towards common goals, and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.
