Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering- Painter, Technician with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in the preparation and execution of painting projects.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or defects.
Develop and implement new methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
