Job Description

36799BRNepalCandidate should have the following:

More than 12 years of IT experience in the US Healthcare Domain
Hands-on experience background on Data (MS SQL/Oracle)/ETL Tools operations
Should have worked with senior customer stakeholders
Must have undertaken large transformation initiatives and automations/improvements
Should be familiar with Process re-engineering / Lean / Kaizen methodologies for optimization
Have handled a team of 15-25 for at least 3 years
Very good at enabling and coaching team on innovation and new technology ideas
Have experience on internal and external weekly/monthly review calls

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering in Computer/IT or equivalent degree in Computer related studies

Soft Skills

Good presentation and articulation skills with customers
Excellent motivator for teams
