Job Title: Engineering Manager/Project Manager Location: Nallagandla, Hyderabad (Work from Office) Role Overview We are seeking our Engineering Manager to lead our technical team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day project delivery, fostering a collaborative environment, and providing weekly updates. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals. Manage and mentor a growing technical team, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. Implement best practices in software development, focusing on scalability and performance. Provide regular updates to the CEO on project status, risks, and opportunities. Qualifications 8 to 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in delivering complex projects within the fintech domain. Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), Gen AI tools and modern development practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
