Engineering Manager

What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
Drive end-to-end project execution – on time, within budget, and at top quality
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions
Ensure best practices, agile methodologies, and efficient engineering processes
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and bring innovation into the team

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience (8 to 12 Years) in Software Consulting, Product Development, or Professional Services
Domain knowledge in Retail, e-Commerce, or Insurance is a plus
Strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
