Engineering Manager

We're looking for an Engineering Manager who can drive both technical excellence and delivery success across our growing portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities: Own full project delivery: planning, execution, timelines, and closure Provide technical direction and ensure engineering best practices Lead and mentor a team of engineers (and possibly QA/DevOps) Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Drive process improvement, delivery excellence, and team performance Manage budgets, resource planning, and ensure profitability What We’re Looking For: Experience in leading engineering teams and project delivery. Hands-on experience in any .NET, Java, Python, or any technology stack Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable solutions Ability to work cross-functionally with clients, leadership, and product teams Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models Strong focus on team development, technical quality, and outcomes If you’re someone who takes ownership, builds trust with clients, and enjoys solving technical and delivery challenges, this role is for you.
