Engineering Manager

We're looking for an Engineering Manager who can drive both technical excellence and delivery success across our growing portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities: Own full project delivery: planning, execution, timelines, and closure Provide technical direction and ensure engineering best practices Lead and mentor a team of engineers (and possibly QA/DevOps) Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Drive process improvement, delivery excellence, and team performance Manage budgets, resource planning, and ensure profitability What We’re Looking For: Experience in leading engineering teams and project delivery.
