What we’re looking for:

10–14 years of experience in software engineering, with
3–5+ years in a leadership or managerial role
Proven ability to manage
full-stack web development teams
and deliver
scalable, high-quality applications
Strong understanding of
modern web technologies, system architecture, and design patterns
Hands-on experience in
project management, technical solutioning, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills with a focus on optimizing resources and timelines
Experience working in
Agile environments

Scrum/Kanban best practices
to drive successful delivery
