Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including project estimation, planning, and execution.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for projects, providing hands-on development and debugging support as needed.
Onboard new team members and provide continuous mentorship and training to junior and mid-level developers.
Design and implement scalable and robust full-stack applications using a variety of technologies.
Ensure project ownership and accountability within the team, driving projects to meet deadlines and technical specifications.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Maintain and improve code quality through code reviews, best practices, and continuous integration.
Full-stack development expertise across front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency with one or more of the following back-end frameworks: Laravel, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Express, or Node.js.
Solid experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, Bootstrap, jQuery, React, or Vue.js.
Expertise in database management using MySQL and/or MongoDB.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud.
Familiarity with authentication and deployment tools like Laravel Fortify and Laravel Forge is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A Master of Technology (IT) is preferred, along with a Bachelor of Technology (Information Technology).
