In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of our projects, including commissioning and handover. You'll be a pivotal leader, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive progress. About the Role: As our Execution Head, you will be instrumental in: Leading and motivating site teams and contractors towards successful project execution. Developing and implementing detailed work schedules in collaboration with the Planning Head. Monitoring project progress, identifying gaps, and implementing mitigation strategies to meet timelines and quality standards. Ensuring execution adheres to the highest quality standards, detailed drawings, and specifications. Proactively identifying and managing project risks, including preparing and updating risk registers. Overseeing contractor invoicing, certification, and timely payments. Managing extra items, seeking necessary approvals, and flagging issues requiring Head Office intervention. Coordinating with Engineering, Techno-commercial, Land, and Railway teams to resolve project-related issues. Ensuring all work is completed within budget and to the highest safety standards as per company HSE policy. Administering site contracts, ensuring compliance with statutory rules and regulations, and securing necessary approvals. Implementing innovative construction methods and value engineering to optimize timelines and costs. Monitoring resource deployment (machinery, manpower, materials) and fostering a positive work environment. Identifying and addressing team development needs through training, knowledge sharing, and mentorship. What we're looking for: Educational Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering (Full Time/Part Time) or AMIE (IEI-Calcutta). Experience: Minimum 16+ years of experience in the execution of infrastructure projects. Prior experience in the execution of Silo Projects, Agri Projects, Container Yards, ICD, PFT, Warehousing, or building execution is preferred. Must have led a site team for at least 8-10 years, preferably handling multiple projects simultaneously. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent coordination and communication skills with diverse stakeholders. Sound knowledge of construction processes, resource functioning, and optimization. Ability to make independent decisions to ensure timely project completion. Proficiency in project planning, monitoring, and risk mitigation.
