About the Role:

Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement

  engineering solutions

  to meet business or project requirements.
• Conduct

  research, analysis, and testing

  to improve processes, systems, or products.
• Prepare

  technical reports, documentation, and project specifications

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including

  design, manufacturing, and quality assurance

  .
• Ensure that all engineering activities comply with

  industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols

  .
• Analyze and resolve

  technical issues and performance challenges

  .
• Participate in

  project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

  .
• Continuously identify opportunities for

  innovation, cost reduction, and process improvement

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree

  in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or relevant field).

• 1–5+ years

  of experience in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of

  engineering principles, methodologies, and problem-solving techniques

  .
• Proficiency in relevant

  engineering tools or software

  (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, or software development tools).
• Excellent

  analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills

  .
• Strong

  verbal and written communication skills

  .
• Ability to

  work independently and as part of a team

  .
