Engineer - Service Sales

Role & responsibilities

Business Growth & Development

• Drive growth and expansion of the service business.
  
• Identify new business opportunities including new markets, partnerships, and approaches to promote service offerings and generate additional revenue.
  
• Explore and manage short-term rental opportunities.
  
• Conduct market development activities for service products such as service contracts, special business products, and detergents.
  

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, particularly end-users.
  
• Engage with customers through technical discussions, indent generation, quotation preparation, and order execution.
  
• Manage post-order activities including delivery and payment collection.
  
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience and promote service offerings alongside new machine sales.
  

Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Ensure alignment and compliance with all service strategies and policies within the assigned area and organization.
  
• Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to provide value-added services and after-sales solutions.
  
• Collaborate with branch managers to support achievement of branch direct sales goals.
  
• Demonstrate the capacity to work independently with ownership of responsibilities.

• Strong self starter, able to work effectively and efficiently.
• Good presentation and influencing/negotiation skill.
• Possess Industry experience within a business environment.
• Possess a great understanding and selling new business model, product and services, business utilization tool.
• Have a strong ability to influence others and strategically develop and maintain a network of relationship.
• Have excellent customer facing and stakeholder and management skill.
• Excellent communication skills.
