About the Position

Kärcher is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow its Indian subsidiary in alignment with the company’s global corporate strategy. This role offers the opportunity to expand Kärcher’s presence in one of the most dynamic and competitive markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of Kärcher India, ensuring alignment with global strategy and fostering long-term, sustainable success.
• Take full responsibility for P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational excellence.
• Grow the business through profitable sales expansion across B2B, B2C, direct, and dealer channels.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team across all core functions (sales, aftermarket, finance, HR, etc.).
• Champion change management, strategic transformation, and a strong organizational culture.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• 25+ years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in senior leadership within manufacturing.
• Proven track record in leading pan-India sales and aftermarket organizations in an international matrix environment.
• Empathic leadership style, strong analytical skills, and a passion for value creation.
