Position Overview:

skilled and dedicated Engineer – #ForgingDesign

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong focus on accuracy, documentation control, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

CAM Programming (NX Software)

• Perform CAM programming using

  NX Software

  for forging design and process optimization.

2D Drawing & Drafting

• Prepare and maintain accurate

  2D drawings

  with proper detailing, dimensioning, and drafting of forging components and tools.

BOM & Engineering Documentation

• Prepare and manage

  Bill of Materials (BOM)

  , data sheets, and engineering documents.
• Handle

  ECN/ECNR (Engineering Change Notice/Request)

  effectively.

Document Control Systems

• Maintain and improve documentation control systems to ensure traceability and version control.

Reporting & Office Tools

• Use

  MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  for reports, presentations, and design-related data analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / related discipline)

Experience

• Minimum

  5 years total experience

  (for Diploma holders)

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

  in Forging Design
• Strong practical exposure to

  CAM programming and NX software

• Hands-on experience in

  2D drawing, detailing, and drafting

  of forging parts.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in

  NX Software (CAM & Drafting)

• Good understanding of

  forging processes and tooling

• Experience with

  BOM preparation and ECN/ECNR handling

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Effective communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
